As an engineering student,

I was the only woman in my class,

and I graduated with honors.

As a lead engineer,

I developed the only specification

that a supplier adopted as their own.

Yet I still doubted myself.

Finally, one day I saw the light:

it led me to leave engineering for the business side.

I invite you on a journey that will reveal how amazing you are,

encourage you to recognize that you deserve better,

and help you attain a fulfilling and gratifying job.

Shaped by Experience.

Driven by Purpose

My approach to coaching wasn't born in a classroom — it was forged through decades of navigating spaces where women were rarely in the room,
let alone leading it.

Growing up in Mexico gave me an early appreciation for diverse perspectives, cultural nuance, and the unspoken rules that shape how women show up — or hold back — in professional spaces. That foundation became one of my greatest assets as I stepped into rooms that weren't designed with me in mind.

I pursued two engineering degrees simultaneously— Mechanical Engineering at The University of Texas at El Paso and Electrical Engineering at La Universidad Autónoma de Ciudad Juárez, where I was the only woman in my class and graduated with honors.

My career took me through automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers, where I was routinely the only woman in the room. I learned fast: how to collaborate across complex stakeholder landscapes, how to lead projects end-to-end, how to translate technical complexity into strategy, and how to communicate with executives without losing the substance of the message.

Coaching women wasn't a pivot

— it was an evolution.

As part of my professional journey I began coaching women leaders and professionals, helping them clarify their goals, build meaningful roadmaps, and move forward with confidence and intention.

I co-led a Reverse Mentoring initiative that bridged the gap between executives and junior employees — proof that the most powerful growth happens when we're willing to listen across levels.

To deepen and formalize that work I completed the Columbia Coaching Certification program, grounding my instincts in evidence-based frameworks and professional methodology.

Today I coach with curiosity and empathy.

I take a holistic view of each client — looking at her personally, professionally, emotionally, and spiritually. My vision is simple and deep:

Help women recognize their true needs and desires, free from the weight of societal, cultural, and gender expectations.

To help them get clear, get grounded, and get moving.

My path wasn't always straight — but every step of it prepared me to walk alongside you in yours.
