About Me

Growing up in Mexico gave me an early gift that I didn't fully appreciate until later in life: the ability to see the world through multiple lenses.

That cultural foundation — an instinct for empathy, adaptability, and cross-cultural connection — has quietly shaped everything I've done since.

An Unconventional Path Built On Grit

I didn't take the easy road into engineering. I pursued two degrees simultaneously — Electrical Engineering at La Universidad Autónoma de Ciudad Juárez and Mechanical Engineering at The University of Texas at El Paso. I was the only woman in my Electrical Engineering class, and I graduated with honors. A Xerox Minority Scholarship recognized both my potential and my perseverance during that journey.

Those years taught me something beyond circuits and thermodynamics: they taught me what it means to belong in a room where no one looks like you — and to excel there anyway.

From Engineer To Innovator

My first role out of college placed me inside an automotive OEM, where I was one of just four women in a division of 200 men. Rather than seeing that as an obstacle, I leaned in. I learned how to collaborate across functions, communicate with diverse stakeholders, and think at a systems level — skills that would prove foundational to everything that followed.

At a Tier One automotive supplier, I authored the first seat sensor specification of its kind and led the full product lifecycle from concept to launch — writing the specification, collaborating with suppliers on design, overseeing testing, and managing the project end to end. That experience lit something new in me: a deep curiosity about the business behind the engineering. So, I followed that curiosity to The Ohio State University, where I earned my MBA.

The Moment Coaching Found Me

It was during my MBA that I was formally introduced to coaching — and something clicked. I saw, with real clarity, the transformative power coaching holds for individuals and organizations alike. That conviction led me to pursue my Executive Coaching Certification from Columbia University, ensuring that my practice is grounded in both rigorous methodology and genuine human insight.

Strategy As A Superpower

As a strategy analyst at a major automotive OEM, I discovered one of my greatest professional assets: the ability to synthesize complexity into clarity. I can take dense, multifaceted information and distill it into narratives that resonate — with frontline teams and C-suite executives alike — without ever losing the depth or diluting the meaning. That skill has brought me to boardrooms and executive presentations, and it sits at the heart of how I coach.

I also co-led the creation of a Reverse Mentoring initiative that became a celebrated success, bridging the perspectives of senior executives and junior talent in ways that benefited the entire organization.

Today, as a Senior Strategist, I study industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging customer needs to shape product roadmaps, go-to-market strategies, and AI-driven market opportunities. I live at the intersection of data, foresight, and human decision-making — which is precisely where great coaching lives too.

My Coaching Philosophy

I partner with leaders to translate insight into strategy, and strategy into action. My work helps clients develop:

  • Strategic Presence — the ability to lead with clarity, confidence, and vision

  • Decisive Leadership — the courage to act thoughtfully, even amid uncertainty

  • Resilient Execution — the discipline to follow through and adapt when it matters most

Whether you're navigating an organizational pivot, stepping into a new level of leadership, or working to amplify your impact, I bring both the analytical rigor of an engineer and the human-centered depth of a coach to every engagement.

Beyond The Work

When I'm not coaching or strategizing, you'll likely find me with my husband and our cat, Senna — named, of course, in the spirit of one of Formula One's greatest legends. As devoted F1 fans, my husband and I have traveled the world to witness races firsthand. It's more than a hobby; it's a philosophy. Performance, precision, and the relentless pursuit of improvement aren't just values on a track — they're the values I bring to every client relationship.
